At Colognes, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unopened fragrance within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that remain in their original, sealed cellophane packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully place the unopened perfume bottle back into its original shipping box with all protective padding to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the seal, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
